We collect only what is needed to deliver your gift box: your name, delivery address, phone number and order details. We do not collect payment card numbers — cash on delivery orders involve no card data at all.
Your information is used to process and deliver orders, confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp, provide customer support, and — only if you subscribe — send occasional offers. We never sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
Because we confirm every order personally, our team may contact you on the phone or WhatsApp number you provide. Gift messages are printed exactly as written and included with the gift box.
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser at any time.
Order records are kept only as long as needed for delivery and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised. Access to customer data is restricted to trained staff who need it to serve you.
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us or messaging us on WhatsApp. We respond to all privacy requests within a few business days.
