By using the Givora website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. They are written to be short and readable — if anything is unclear, ask us before ordering.
You must be 18 years or older to place orders. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Our first release supports cash on delivery (COD): your order is submitted on the website and confirmed by our team by phone or WhatsApp, and payment is collected in cash when the gift box arrives. We may cancel any order that appears fraudulent, has an unreachable recipient, or cannot be fulfilled.
We deliver fast across selected UAE areas — same-day in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and next-day or express options to Abu Dhabi and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
Gift boxes are personal items. Unopened boxes in original condition may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Opened gift boxes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full — contact us and we will arrange it quickly.
For cash on delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the gift box and have the exact amount ready when possible. Failed deliveries due to unreachable recipients or refusal may incur a re-delivery fee.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access systems without authorisation, or use our content or images without permission. Product descriptions and images on this site are the property of Givora.
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the current one.
